“I am so pleased that Katharine began teaching the MELT class at the Still and Moving Center last fall. It has been a very nice addition to the course offerings that I enjoy on a weekly basis. I believe the class has been very beneficial and a perfect complement to my other classes, in terms of pain relief, posture improvement, and overall body health. I really appreciate the pre and post assessment done in every class because it gives me a real sense of accomplishment knowing that I made progress during the class. Katharine is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive! For the last month, I have been taking the course online and have found it to be just as beneficial. Come join us!”
““Katharine Harts has a genuine sensitivity for all of her class attendees. She makes it a point to check in with all of her students before, during and after class to make sure they move safely and comfortably. At the completion of each class I feel loose, more relaxed and flexible.””
